At Joey Ramsden Racing we offer clear routes into ownership: sole ownership, partnership ownership, direct 20% and 40% shares, and Kindred Spirits Racing Club memberships from October.

Experience the thrill of racehorse ownership by purchasing a share in one of our talented equine athletes.
When you buy a share, you are officially registered as an owner and take on a corresponding percentage of the associated fees and other costs. We exclusively offer 20% and 40% shares, with the specific horses available indicated by a star attached to the stable door on the day.
Share prices vary between horses depending on their age and experience, and invoices are sent out via email displaying your precise share of the costs for your horse. In return, you receive the relevant percentage of owners' and trainers' tickets to all races the horse is entered into, as well as your proportional share of any winnings paid via Weatherbys Bank after costs.
Additionally, the ownership experience includes yard visits, direct contact with the trainer, and full access to the owner's experience along with any winning or placing payouts. If a horse is sold by the majority shareholder you will receive an amount in line with the sale price dependent on your percentage ownership.

Race day experience
As a shareholder, you will receive:
- A percentage of prize money and earnings via the BHA (minus standard jockey and stable staff bonuses when applicable)
- Owner tickets for races your horse attends
- Access to owners' lounges and viewing areas
- Hospitality facilities provided by racecourses, often including dining and betting facilities
Travel and race day staffing costs are charged according to your percentage share (excluding travel to Southwell Racecourse).

Membership packages
Flexible membership packages starting around October, designed to suit different levels of involvement. Standard membership is £270/year or £26/month (12-month commitment); enhanced lease shares are Option A £45/mo (2.5%), Option B £90/mo (5%), Option C £180/mo (10%) — capped at 20% enhanced per horse.

One-off annual payment of £270 by BACS, or £26 per month by standing order (12-month commitment).

Option A — 2.5% Lease Share
Standard membership benefits plus a 2.5% stake in your chosen club horse. At year end you receive your percentage share of that horse's winnings after deductions, plus a share of the club prize pool depending on the number of members.
